For VPS customers - You can fully and instantly control the RDNS of your IPs through the SolusVM control panel we provide. Look at the Network tab there. Please do not open tickets asking us to change RDNS for you. IPv6 RDNS also works in our SolusVM control panel.
For dedicated server customers: RDNS is handled via tickets.
If you want to have tun/tap device in your VPS you just have to set the "tun/tap device" option...
For VPS - service transfers are not allowed.For dedicated servers service transfers are allowed...
There is NO automatic or instant provisioning. All orders are manually verified and manually...
